Ilaria was born in Tivoli, east of Rome, and she has recently moved to Dublin. Ilaria started working in Sports Management but gravitated toward working in the family's Tabaccheria (Tobacconist), which gave her a great understanding of the business. She loves making fresh pasta from scratch — she makes a mean fettuccine with mushrooms. Ilaria also loves arts and crafts.
